The property has security cameras at the front exterior of the property directed towards the front driveway/yard. There is also a ring camera on the exterior of the property. The property is a raised home with a garage and elevated basement area, which is not accessible to guest and no access will be provided. Must be 25 years or older to make a reservation at this property.

No parties or large gatherings allowed. If reports of partying/excessive noise is reported by neighbors are noted, guest will be reported to Air bnb and may be asked to leave without refund of fees. No smoking cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc in or around property Max 1 pet in the home (1 dog or cat, max weight 45 lbs) . Please clean up after your pet after using the yard or walking them in the neighborhood. Pets must be crated when unattended or when left alone. Pet fee of $99 per stay Quiet hours in yard/around property is from 10 pm to 6 am. No loud music, talking loudly or hanging out in yard between those hours. No grilling or outdoor fires are allowed on property for the safety of guest and to prevent damage to the property. Minimum age to rent the property is 25 years of age
