David was a great host. Our family had a great time at his property. If anyone is traveling here with kids this is the place to be. David supplied baby stuff that made our trip much more easy. He was very responsive with questions and check in/check out was clear. Would definitely recommend David as a host!

David's beach house was wonderful! I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the peace and privacy. Really enjoyed the TV and couch set up (since I am a couch potato) and it was great having a TV in the main bedroom, which BTW had the softest comforter and pillows, along with a super plush mattress. It was such a cozy place to sleep. It was very cold out during my stay and the house was toasty and comfortable thanks to updated heating system. The kitchen had everything I needed. David's home is very modern and clean and I was super impressed the minute I walked in. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a ton of free parking in front of the house. Thanks again for letting me stay at your lovely home!

Great little place to call “home” when traveling. Worth every cent. Within walking distance to the beach and highways are only a few blocks over. In house washer and dryer are a lifesaver when traveling on business and the security system gives you peace of mind. Stayed for a couple weeks and then extended!

We stayed for a family wedding nearby and had our dog with us. Home was as described and very clean at arrival. Easy to check in with detailed information instructions provided ahead of time. The fenced in yard was perfect to let the dog run around safely and the neighborhood was quiet. Easy, short walk to multiple beaches. Appreciated the central AC, all kitchen amenities, and being able to do laundry. Beds and couch were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were so convenient for 3 adults. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We had a great stay at David’s beach house this past weekend with our niece & nephew —and having the dog with us was a huge bonus! The location is perfect: super close to the beach (just around the corner) and an ideal, comfy home base for exploring the area. We were able to take easy day trips to places like Point Pleasant, but also loved just relaxing nearby. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

David’s place was extremely comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had a great pizza at Roma’s just a short walk away. Would definitely return!!
